  Started as an actuarial analyst at Watson Wyatt, then got experience in strategic consulting in large companies. Then started working as a marketing manager at Tesco, where was involved in strategy implementation and practical support of international business (13 countries in Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Asia and the USA), and later managed marketing business processes at Tesco Stores West Inc. (Fresh&Easy Neighborhood Market Inc.) and pricing group for Tesco US on the west coast of USA.

  After working at Tesco, became the director of marketing and customer relations at Metro Cash&Carry Russia, and also held the position of commercial director at such Russian companies as Ozon.ru and O'KEY Group. Specialization: Marketing (pricing, offer management, advertising planning, CRM, internal analysis of customer preferences and advertising, branding, loyalty), commerce (buying, supplier management, negotiations, category management, assortment, merchandising, pricing and promotions).
